| A | Yes, we can supply small samples and pattern books - Please call the sales desk, e-mail sales@skopos.co.uk or use our contact us facility |
| Q | What is the pattern repeat/ width/ suitability/ rub test/washing instructions/ FR rating of your fabrics? |
| A | Please refer to product data sheets to access this information |
| Q | If I like one of your printed fabrics, can the design I’ve selected be printed onto a different base cloth? |
| A | Alternative base cloths are available – please contact our sales desk for more information. |
| Q | Can I have your fabrics in a different colour? |
| A | Skopos offer a ‘Specials’ service. Please contact our ‘Specials Team’ to discuss the minimum meterage applicable to the product required. specials@skopos.co.uk |

| Q | I don’t have an account with you. Can I still place an order? |
| A | Yes, you can purchase from us on a Pro Forma basis or if you prefer you can apply for a credit account |
| Q | How do I place an order within the UK? |
| A | For the UK we need all orders in writing, either by fax to 01924 454575 or by e-mail to sales@skopos.co.uk. |
| Q | How do I apply for a credit account? |
| A | Please e-mail accounts@skopos.co.uk for an application form |
| Q | What are your office hours? |
| A | We are open Monday – Friday 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m. |
| Q | What is your cut-off time for dispatching orders the same day? |
| A | Orders placed before 3p.m. Monday – Thursday and 11a.m. Friday will be dispatched that day subject to stock availability |
| Q | Can I have my order delivered to a different address? |
| A | Yes as long as it is a UK address, please state clearly on your order the full address you wish your order to go to. For overseas delivery please see below |
| Q | What is your delivery charge? |
| A | If your order is under £500.00 in value we will charge £12.95 per consignment for deliveries to mainland UK, but if your order is over £500.00 in value it will be free to mainland UK. Export costs are available upon request |
| Q | Are your prices on a sliding scale based on meterage? |
| A | No, we have no sliding scale but our Account Managers would be happy to discuss pricing. If you would like an Account Manager to contact you please use the contact form. |
| Q | Do you have different ‘piece’ prices and roll prices? |
| A | No, we sell by the linear metre and in full metres only |

| Q | How do I place an order for delivery outside the UK? |
| A | For overseas markets, in order that we can deliver the service you require we may have an intermediary that represents us. Please see our how to buy page for more information. If you're unsure whom to contact regarding overseas sales please contact sales@skopos.co.uk |
Make up and fitting service
| Q | Do you have set prices for made-up products? |
| A | No, all our made-up products are bespoke so there is no standard pricing. If you require a price please send all the details by fax or e-mail and we will calculate a price for you |
| Q | I need someone to come and measure up for me – is this possible? |
| A | Yes, please contact our sales desk on sales@skopos.co.uk and we’ll arrange this for you |
| Q | Do you have a fitting service? |
| A | Yes, we provide a full make-up and installation service please contact sales@skopos.co.uk |

| A | Please download the following guide produced by the BCFA which will help you understand the regulatory requirements.
