Creative Design Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and innovative designer with a burning desire to be part of a well established and successful design studio.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial designer from the textile industry.
Technical knowledge is desirable, but more important is a high level of creativity in design and an excellent eye for colour. You will be self motivated with a strong level of commercial acumen and have the ability to work to a brief. Good computer skills are essential and CAD experience will be an advantage.
Although our design studio is based with our manufacturing facility and Head Office in West Yorkshire, extensive travel will be required
Marketing Manager
We also have a vacancy for an articulate and creative individual who will take full brand and product responsibility for this well-known textile company.
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with creative, hands-on ability and a desire to work closely with our sales and design teams providing an essential strategic link in our business.
Textile experience is not essential, but knowledge of specification sales and B2B marketing is fundamental. A strong creative and graphic skillset is also very important as well as the motivation and commitment to make a difference within a small experienced team. Excellent IT skills, a strong sense of commercial acumen and good organizational skills in conjunction with customer presentation skills are critical. CAD experience and languages will be an advantage.
Our design studio is based with our manufacturing facility and Head Office in West Yorkshire.
We are happy to consider part time hours for the Marketing position

Skopos Design Ltd, the leading provider of contract furnishing fabrics in the Hotel & Leisure, Cruise, Healthcare and Education sectors, now has an opening in their sales team for a high achiever for the Hotel and Leisure sector.
The successful candidate needs to have excellent business development and account management skills and unrivalled tenacity. The key requirements are: being highly self motivated, creative in thought, strong in negotiation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ideally with previous experience in sales within the contract / specification sector, a commensurate network of contacts and a clear track record of success the candidates will have a passion for interiors, an eye for design, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service whilst selling the best fabric collections in this sector.

Full clean driving licence required.
